Mansoor Ahmad Khan
Ambassador Mansoor Ahmad Khan, Pakistan’s former Ambassador to Afghanistan, is a career diplomat with a vast experience in Afghan affairs. He has also served as Director General Afghan desk at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before his appointment as ambassador in Kabul. He has also participated in the process of the Quadrilateral Coordination Group (QCG), which involved China, Pakistan and the U.S. in addition to Afghanistan. He was also part of negotiations for the launch of the Afghanistan Pakistan Action Plan for Peace and Solidarity, the Moscow Format and Kabul process.
