On Wednesday, Russia’s presidential envoy to Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov offered Moscow as a venue, where the next session of intra-afghan peace dialogue can take place.

During his address, he mentioned how the progress of the peace process had been rather slow throughout the past few weeks due to reluctance from Kabul, as well as, the Taliban office in Doha.

He emphasized the fact that both sides must show flexibility and the ability to cooperate to achieve peace through negotiation.
